TCSF is a company wholly owned by Taiwan entrepreneur. It has three subsidiaries: Shanghai Teng Qi Mechanical Make Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Teng Qi Mechanical Make Co., Ltd, and Jiangsu Jie De Mechanical Co., Ltd. Now our company has about 800 employees, and 600 out of them are technical workers. TCSF was firstly established at Taiwan in 1972. And it is mainly specialized in research, design and manufacturing of the coil processing equipments. In order to expand the domestic and international markets, we established a branch at Panyu District of Guangzhou in 1992; and then we established our manufacture base at Shanghai in 2000, which totally occupied an area of 130000 square meters. Our company has designed and manufactured many professionally steel sheets processing equipments, such as shear line, slitter line and other precision equipments. Our company combines research, design and manufacture in one body and has the ability of machining, quality supervision, installation, debugging, training and quick-reaction after sales services system. The most components of our machines are manufactured by us, but some special parts are imported from abroad or adopted the products of domestic brand-name companies. This will certainly guarantee the performance and precision of our machines; at the same time, it could rationalize the machine manufacture costs. So the machines of our company are very economic and practical.

     Our company already has machining equipments about 100 units, Including CNC borings, lathes, outer circular grinders, planers, drillers, millers and hob machines, the total number of these tool machines has been over 50 units. Besides, we have more than 20 units of riveting and welding equipments and the matching measure and test machines. All these machining equipments guarantee our products reach international leading levels.

     Our company has a independent research team, which has over forty engineers who are specialized in researching, innovating and designing. Up to now, our company has successfully designed, manufactured and sold 800 units of shear lines which can process various thickness steel plates.      The machines made by our company equip the best international level. The highest velocity of the longitudinal slitting lines reach 300m/min; and its slitting tolerance is within ±0.03mm.
